Awesome room. It showed a hot tub in our room but it wasn't. But I enjoy myself and my guests did also.
Liked: Food and bar drinks.
Disliked: Pool closed at 11 so my fiance didn't get to swim.

Less Than Expected
Liked: We enjoyed the area and the local fares. Enjoyed the architecture and the events in the area.
Disliked: Unfortunately, seeing that we upgraded our room to a corner suite, we would have liked to have had a decent view of the city. The 6th floor corner West room was less than what we expected for the price. Room service is nothing like it used to be in the past, and there is nowhere to sit or eat in the room. One chair and a desk area doesn't cut it for a Marriott. This room should have had an eating area, an area for a couch to lounge, and more art on the walls. There was no air vent in the bathroom with a fan, and there was no vanity mirror. Really disappointed.

Never again
Liked: Terrible location. We are seniors and had to walk quite a distance from the parking garage to the hotel lobby and then to the 18th floor.
Disliked: There was a cheerleading competition that we were not aware of and the front desk was very busy and the girl at the desk caused us to feel rushed and not welcome.

The hotel was great! Would...
Liked: We stayed at the hotel overnight for a cheer competition. The room was perfect. Close to the elevator as requested. Easy to get around.
Disliked: The adults in the neighboring room were very loud past 11 pm. We had an early call. Had to be up at 4:30 am. I had trouble falling asleep. Wish Starbucks had opened early that morning. Cheer families were in the lobby before 6:00 am. Would have been nice to grab a coffee.

Disliked: The elevators are a problem. Took at least 10-15 minutes to get upstairs and downstairs every time

More hassle than relaxing. That...
Liked: The location and enough space for conventions.
Disliked: The customer service. I don’t like how they treated my teenage girls on 3/9 at 940pm. They are athletes and there for a softball tournament. They went to the gym to scope it out and were told they need to leave. They weren’t fooling around. You have miserable staff that are unhappy , not welcoming and need to respect children just as much as adults even when parents aren’t around. Which I was in the sitting area right outside! Then the girls went to the lobby, where I was again, and this particular older white lady then followed them to bother them some more. Borderline harrasment. That is inappropriate and creepy. Also, gym is not even air conditioned and dangerous for people working out- it ended my work out very early!)
