Liked: All good - just needed it for sleep - had a rogue shower head but otherwise superb

Disliked: There were no instructions / booklet that directly informed me as a guest as to amenities : breakfast times, how to work the tv, room service, laundry services and general hospitality included in the hotel. How to access spa pool opening times. The WiFi didn’t work so no use looking at website which didn’t say anything specific for guests anyway. For a top hotel I was disappointed in this especially as a lone guest for a night

Liked: The bed was very large and comfortable. The room was quiet. Breakfast was very tasty.
Disliked: If you book direct with the hotel car parking is free but if you book through a comparison site it costs £12. This is a bit cheeky and should be highlighted.

Hotel was amazing the food...

Disliked: We thought that the parking was free but apparently this is only when you book directly with the hotel, if you book through booking.com you get charged £12.00 per night.
