Liked: quiet room, clean, staff polite,
Disliked: car park cost & breakfast overpriced for what it was. parking charged as extra yet they don't achually know if you have a car, i had parked and put ther car on charge to be told as i booked via booking.com i had to pay extra to park (even though i had alredy parked and paid to charge the car)

Comfortable hotel with all basics...

Liked: Great location for visiting university and city. Comfortable and staff really helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Having to pay for parking. Breakfast was disappointing

Liked: Stayed 1 night , the pool was area was beautiful , the room was a little dated yet I know they are doing work on them, the bed however was one of the most comfortable beds I had ever selpt on !! all the staff were very nice and helpful. Including the bar staff, and it's a really nice barAnd the breakfast selection was amazing, everything was beautifully cooked and again fanatic service
Disliked: We did have an issuses with the electric car charging port, which the hotel sorted in the morning And I would recommend bringing your own shampoo and condition if you want to wash your hair after swimming , they only provided a shampoo n body wash in 1 which was awful I'm afraid

Liked: Breakfast brilliant, Room brilliant, we had food in the Sanderman bar great value for money.
Disliked: Nothing everything was brilliant.
