Liked: everything was great - evening meal, room, breakfast. Staff very helpful. Had a problem with an interlocking room that wouldnt lock and i was moved - no problem at all

Liked: Convenient hotel. Good size bedrooms.
Disliked: Beware the £12 parking/day fee if you have booked with booking.com - or any company other than a direct booking (it’s free if you book direct).Comfortable bed - very lumpy pillows and synthetic duvets.

A little gem of a...

Liked: This is my second stay here and I love it. It is super dog friendly, the large fireplace is always lit and is welcoming. I love the pool and the spa and I think the steam room is one of the hottest I have been in. The staff are friendly, the service is good and the food is tasty and value for money. The breakfast is well done with a good selection of quality food choices.
Disliked: The bedroom decor is a bit tired but this wouldn’t stop me from staying again.
