Beautiful stay, great location!

Liked: Beautiful property, location was perfect we also got a room upgrade which was just added value.
Disliked: Staff were absolutely amazing, with the exception on the owner who made occasionally, rather overbearing appearances - POC note: we did experience a few micro aggressions from him but the rest of the staff, the room and location absolutely made up for this, they were so helpful and attentive.

Charming hotel near the center...

Liked: We liked the concierge staff and the complimentary breakfast. We had a lovely balcony overlooking the courtyard. The location was great, within a short walk of the Arch della Pace and the surrounding restaurants. Close to the Cadorna train station with connections to Malpensa Airport. The hotel had a traditional charm to it and was in excellent condition.

Nice hotel in a quiet...

Liked: We were upgraded to a larger room but it was still small but okay for what we were looking for on our last night before flying out the next morning. Breakfast was good with large variety of food. Location was a bit from the center but easy to get to by tram.
Disliked: We were lucky finding parking on the street since it was Sunday but otherwise the parking garage they offer is a ways from the hotel.
