Liked: It’s clean near from everything The stuff are so friendly thank you so much for all of them especially the girl with the glasses unfortunately I don’t know her name
Disliked: The parking was hard to find a‏ parking

Beautiful intro to Milan.

Liked: Lovely old, small hotel, nicely appointed and centrally located for dining and historic sites. Concierge was "Jack of all trades"- very accommodating. Our room had a lovely balcony with table and chairs..
Disliked: Not enough hanging and storage spaces especially in the bathroom.

Liked: Very helpful and friendly staff, cozy rooms and nice breakfast.My family and I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights before our trip to Florence and another 2 nights after returning from Florence. The hotel stored some of our luggages while we were away.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: We had a very pleasant and satisfying stay. The room was exceptionally clean, the staff were kind and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious and nourishing.We would love to come back one day.
Disliked: The Wi-Fi service is prone to crashing, and when it does, it can take well over an hour to be restored.

Disliked: It is quite dated and so is much of the equipment in the hotel. It could do with an update
