Located on the site of Brunel University Lancaster Hotel is located just 5 miles from Heathrow Airport and features spa facilities and free on-site gym. Very poor

Liked: Location quiet. Clever electric opening window
Disliked: The room temperature was 30*c The fan supplied was,so noisy we could not have on,and try to sleep

Fine for a 1 night...

Liked: Very helpful, pleasant staff. Comfortbale bed and the room was spacious. Good breakfast selection
Disliked: The heat was unbearable, tiny desk fan which didn't help cool the room. Mini Fridge was broken.

Pleasant, friendly staff, good value...

Liked: Accessible, a walk to the station for the Piccadilly line. Rooms are basic but clean and functional. Our room was spacious and with a good en-suite. The breakfast was good with reasonable choice.
Disliked: Nothing really for a budget 3 star overnight stay. Did the job!

Good

Liked: Location was perfect for the university. Water pressure in shower was fantastic. Lighting in the room was excellent.
Disliked: No raincan shower heads, very hot in the rooms even with window open and fan on. Beds were slightly on the hard side.

Overall good

Liked: Space and staff especially the restaurant staff very professional
Disliked: No AC it was hot days unfortunately the fans won’t do the job …if this hotel add ACs to the rooms it would be five star hotel

Good value

Liked: It was very comfortable and extremely good value for the area.
Disliked: One small niggle but the bathroom wasn't very clean (shower and toilet). I guess these things happen and on previous occasions there was no problem with cleanliness.
