Liked: Nice refurbished rooms. Staff pleasant. Good breakfast. Good location. Would stay again
Disliked: Bit disappointed at the lack of selection at dinner in a Friday as they don't serve at weekend and a few items off menu.Room is very hot and window didn't open

Liked: The fact that it was Inside the Brunel University because we needed to experience the way the students reside
Disliked: No AC and Could have better Service like in Hotels Room service and other service related Facilities.

Pleasant stay.

Liked: Neat, clean hotel rooms a short drive to Heathrow airport. Good breakfast and free parking.
Disliked: Slightly confusing when realised it was located on Brunel University Campus but it was not an issue.

Except the room temperature issue...

Liked: Bed was comfortable; bathroom was nice and big for a double deluxe room
Disliked: The hotel is not advisable to stay during the summer when there the temperature goes high beyond the usual range of London since the hotel does not have the Air Conditioning. During my stay I found the room temperature quite high compared to the ambient temperature. The hotel management should seriously consider installing the AC in the premium rooms

Liked: Location was excellent for Brunel University.
Disliked: Lack of air con although the 2 fans were helpful.

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast, good supplies in room.
Disliked: We stayed for 4 nights. I had to ask for the room to be cleaned after 3 nights. I didn't need the beds changed just bins emptied and glasses etc removed. Also we happened to be there during a heat wave so room and especially corridor was stiflingly hot.

Liked: Breakfast was good , although a bit slow to restock pastries but overall a good choice of items .
Disliked: *NO* AIRCON , when the UK is undergoing an extended heatwave. Yes , there are fans ,and the windows open but it was noisy on the first floor ( request a higher floor so you can have open windows) . The hotel didn’t provide bottled water in the room even though the humidity was extreme ( although there is a kettle) .I checked in as a lone female ( my husband was luckily joining me later)- When are reception staff going to learn not to call out your room number for others to hear? I also had to provide my postcode and email address in full earshot of those around . Again , at breakfast the room number should be quietly checked against a list. You shouldn’t have to let everyone hear your room is now empty while you’re having breakfast.
