Excellent and convenient

Liked: Very nice and helpful owner. He was accommodating and treated me well.
Disliked: Maybe make back alley a bit more lit up? But nothing more!

Liked: Great location, friendly owner.
Disliked: Dated room/ Hotel. Was hoping to have a drink at the bar but no bar staff or other guests about. There is a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the hotel.Our stay was ok for 1 night but I wouldn't return.

Liked: Excellent stay here,good breakfast and warm in January,friendly,central to all amenities in Blackpool.
