Liked: Owner went out of his way to be of assistance. He even gave my husband a ride to hockey arena as there is no taxi service in Three Hills. He was very responsive to our requests.

I sure hope things improve...

Disliked: The bed smelled like feces. I got in late and was exhausted. The sheets appeared clean, so I assumed the smell was coming from the mattress and slept on the other side of the bed. The next night, I was going to ask for a different room, but when I pulled into the parking lot, all of the rooms except mine and another that was occupied, were gutted, with all furniture, mattresses, etc lining the sidewalk and out in the parking lot. That informed me that I would not be able to switch rooms. When I got into the room, the same smell greeted me, and I saw that no one had been in to make the bed or add more coffee packets/cups. A very disappointing trip, to say the least!

Disliked: I understand it’s under renovation but putting the old furniture in the parking lot is a eyesore

Liked: Clean rooms. Owners were in the process of upgrading the furniture.
Disliked: TV had “No Signal”, lamps didn’t have any bulbs.

Liked: Staffs are friendly, Room was decent to sleep for 3 nights for workers.
