I didn't stay

Liked: I didn't like anything and didn't stay. There wasn't anyone at the office upon arrival and cops were in the screen along with drug dealers and addicts at every turn. I need a refund. I tried calling booking and was supposed to be contacted back by the booking.com supervisor but was never called back

Hell hole

Liked: There was nothing I liked.
Disliked: I paid for a room that I didn't get to use because when I got there they were all booked. The office was closed and the agents were no help. I didn't get my $ back either

Rebooked my room for higher...

Disliked: They wouldn't let me check in. Said they were full. Turns out....because of the hurricane there were power outages so they booked a bunch of rooms at a higher price than my discounted rate. Greedy. 4 days later and I'm still waiting for the refund they said they approved.

worst experiences with booking and...

Liked: absolutely nothing
Disliked: everything we had no AC had to buy box fans from the store with our own money we were denied all amenities no towel no wash clothes no microwave no fridge no air-conditioning and the owners refused to help us we were 12hrs from home paid for a week in advance in over 90 degree weather. contacted booking and they did absolutely nothing for us wanted us to pay 400 more dollars or stay in a hot box I want a full refund some compensation this was inhumane this is not a hotel this is where people live it's full of drug addicts and drug dealers should not be on booking filthy just should not be able to operate business
