Basically an Airbnb trap house...

Liked: I liked and hated the fact that my room was literally right next to an accessible door
Disliked: Glenstone in Springfield has turned into skid row.Tons of homeless drug addicts just laying on the ground everywhere.. this is not an exaggeration. You couldn't go outside without atleast 5 homeless drug addicts hanging out by the exit. The bar is closed, despite it being on the website and Google.The hallway's carpet looked like it hadn't been shampooed or vaccumed since they opened the place.The room was nothing like the pictures. The mini fridge was so small you could barely fit take out containers in it.The mini fridge was leaking in the cubby and molding and rotting the wood in the cabinet.The shower did not plunge correctly so you only got half of the water pressure. There were several centipedes in the bathroom.The bed collapsed in the middle of the night.. that was fun to deal with.Only gave two towels and one was on the back of the toilet.. who wants to use a towel that's been sitting on top of a disgusting toilet. Wifi did not work on any of the devices I brought. (Nintendo Switch, Amazon Fire stick, Phone)On the left side of the bed (facing the the bed) the outlet did not work at all or the lamp which had to be plugged in. Which meant I had to charge my phone across the room on the desk. Not the end of the world but inconvenient AF.If you are gonna pay 100 bucks a night for a room, you might as well go stay somewhere that isn't basically an Airbnb trap house. Do not stay here. You have been warned.I would not take the time to write this if it wasn't absolutely deplorable.

Liked: We didn't even stay this place was filthy and the clientele was of the shady variety we went to check in and left before checking in the GM literally told us well this is the north side after all we had no idea we were just traveling through town we didn't know about the town and then we were reminded four times they have security on site because it's such a shady neighborhood and such shady clientele
Disliked: This is a terrible property filthy shady clientele seems to be more of a permanent resting place for local people of the night

I was not pleased with...

Liked: I did not eat breakfast. I was expecting a hot breakfast but they only provided donuts, begals, and etc.
Disliked: The hotel room and hallways were not clean. They had no towels available the majority of my stay. Random housekeepers came into my room, but not to clean up. Cleaning wasn't offered until the last day of my stay. There was drug activity and smoking around and within the facility, but I paid for a smoke free environment. The manager wasn't on site until the end of my stay. The manager did apologize upon her return and was nice. Maybe, if she was present, these matters could have been resolved earlier.

I didn’t stay. I left...

Disliked: It stinks like smoke. But I had to sign that I wouldn’t smoke in the room. The floors are dirty. The first room they gave me was still messy. The second room The mattress pad was stained blood spots and urine. The mattress was falling apart. This place needs shut down and revamped completely!

Liked: We didn't. We went to our room and saw how nasty it was and left never to return and had to book a different hotel
Disliked: Everything. There was a life safety notification posted on the front door from the local fire inspector. There was broken glass everywhere. There were atleast 20 rooms boarded up. The shower and sink were broke. The bed had burns on the blankets and there was a unknown substance on the furniture. It was disgusting.
