Disappointing

Liked: Way too expensive for what you get really.

Liked: location and parking is good
Disliked: I felt overcharged for the motel stay. $498 seems unreasonably high for that type of accommodation.

Overall great hotel and location,...

Liked: Location, room, amenities, tub, proximity to downtown are great.
Disliked: When I got there I couldn't get into my room because my credit card was declined. They have a phone outside that connects to the other hotel. THere is nobody at the front desk, other reviews mention this as well. I ended up physically walking over to their other hotel to get things sorted out, certainly could have been handled better. If you go, make sure you get the email with room number and password to get in before your trip.

Disliked: Door code never worked when we came back from Hot pool We had to stand outside for 10 mins then went to front desk to get her to help us even she was not able to open the doorsShower section had lot of spilled water on bathroom floorHeater made a lot of noise all night

Wonderful apartment in a great...

Liked: Location was perfect. The size of the apt was perfect for large families. Love the location of it due to the prime location while also being quiet.
Disliked: The AC units were not the best. It is loud and hard to cool the rooms sufficiently, I had to call front desk many times to look at the Units.

Best value in Canmore.

Liked: Very nice rooms for great prices. Location can’t be better. Right on main of Canmore. Park once and walk.
Disliked: Always been a great stay.
