Liked: The staff was friendly and professional (e.g.) when the adhesive gave way on the shampoo container the staff was pleasant and took care of it immediately. Now a drilled into the tile, telling me that they took care of the issue with a permanent solution vs. a temporary one - taking pride in the facility. We will be back and or have confidence in booking other Basecamp properties. Plus we will recommend the property.

Liked: After checking out of the lodge, I’d like to mention that the staff were very helpful. Morgan kindly allowed us to use her office microwave since there was no microwave in our room, which was a bit disappointing. Her assistance made our stay more comfortable."
Disliked: we were disappointed that the room had no microwave and the hot tub wasn’t working. My family, especially the kids, were really looking forward to that, so it took away from the experience we were hoping for.
