Basically a place to sleep....

Liked: Staff was friendly.
Disliked: The room was not complete. Unfinished painting. Old and out of date. Ashes was on the bathroom window seal and it was a non smoking room. The bathtub was worn. It had been painted but was done improperly and old paint was seen. Light fixture globe missing in the sleeping areas. Outlets and lack of them for charging. Power strips were used to power lamps and fridge and microwave. Tv was old and fuzzy. The towels on top rack was not folded as they should have been. Dresser was scratched up and old. Entrance door did not lock. Striker plate was out of alignment. Ac filter dirty and hanging by only one screw. Bathroom drain was actually missing the screen drain. I’ve machine was way down by the pool and tray was dirty. Website it shows a bar and restaurant. There was none There is so much more. Homeless on property.

Liked: The grounds are beautifully landscaped and it's just a really charming property - a throwback to the motor court era decades ago but just fine for me to enjoy my stay before I head up into Sequoia National Park for a few more beautiful days.
Disliked: You can hear voices some of the rooms and the highway is right across the street... but I didn't have any problems...

Bad

Liked: Whatever chemicals they used to clean the rooms were so pungent I had to leave the door open. My 90 year old aunt and I were in town for a wedding. If I had the time to change hotels, I would have. I had a hard time falling asleep and woke up with a headache. All of the clothes in my suitcase were permeated with the horrible smell of that solution. I had to wash everything before I could wear it. The desk staff were pleasant and made some adjustments for us to have a room downstairs for my aunt. I greatly appreciated their support. I would not stay there again.

Superb

Liked: I stayed in the non remodeled side and the bed was very hard. Also water pressure was very low. I was told when I checked out that part of the remodel was replacing the hard beds with softer upgraded beds. I was also told that the side that is finished has better beds. Overall, I would stay again.

Not pleasant

Liked: In the website, it looks completely different. This is outdated. There was cockroaches in the bathroom.

It was ok and served...

Liked: Bed was awful!! I’m 76 and climbing stairs with luggage not easy for me. My bad…should have requested ground floor. Their grounds are beautiful.

Liked: Beautiful courtyard. Staff was happy to accommodate our need for a 1st floor unit
