The Lamlash Bay Hotel is on the Isle of Arran 197 feet from the beach. It offers panoramic views over Lamlash Bay rooms with free Wi-Fi and an Italian restaurant. Modern rooms are decorated in light shades and feature flat-screen TVs. Some rooms have sea views and all include radios and tea/coffee-making facilities. The elegant lounge/bar area has deep leather armchairs and serves a wide range of beverages including local malt whiskeys and beers. Italian favorites are created using fine local produce in the restaurant. Arran Island is only 19 miles long by 10 miles wide so all of its attractions can be easily reached. Just what I was looking...

Liked: Food, staff, location, friendly and welcoming staff. I don't like "ambience" music at breakfast (or any other) time, and they switched if off at my request and left it off on the second morning.
Disliked: It was all fine. The offer the best they can at the most affordable price they can do, in an expensive location.

My favourite hotel on Arran...

Liked: Spotlessly clean room with ensuite. Very quiet with super comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast & dinner were delicious with lots of choice. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Beautiful views to Holy Isle whilst having a coffee or glass of wine.
Disliked: I can't fault this hotel in any way.
