Exceptional

I will definitely be back...

Liked: This historic inn is a comfortable, cozy setting. The room was wonderful, bed comfy and the restaurant was absolutely fabulous.
Disliked: Not a thing! Stay here with complete confidence.

Our stay was ok but...

Liked: I liked the charm and character of the Inn and the room was cozy with everything working properly so that was nice.
Disliked: I wish the breakfast was better. Having a fully working kitchen/restaurant I would've thought breakfast would have been a little more w potatoes and eggs but it was very basic and the coffee was terrible. Also the front desk ladies were very unfriendly and rude at times.

Lost sleep in the sweat...

Liked: The room was ridiculously hot (the heat unit did not work properly) and although we complained, there was nothing they could do. They told us they are in the process of changing some of the rooms.

Liked: It’s a great location, and has friendly staff, including the great people downstairs in the lounge and restaurant
Disliked: There’s nothing I don’t like about this place

Very good

Liked: The building is packed with personality, from the counter through the room and on to the restaurant where they served breakfast. To have a story told all the time al around you is a nice experience. The room was big, classically furnished.
Disliked: The shower was out dated, both in design and maintenance. Upon checkout I recommended to the desk attendant they replace their shower head. If they comment here they did so - then I have nothing significant to say against this place.

We had a wonderful time!

Liked: Check-in was friendly and fast. Convenient location, great restaurant, and cozy room. We had a terrific weekend visit and enjoyed dinner in the tavern, as well as a nice breakfast before we left. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
Disliked: No complaints. The property is perfect for a weekend getaway. Nothing that I would change. It is an older property, so some might not find it perfect, but we did.
