Disliked: the outdated outlets that didn’t work had shorts in the outlet didn’t provide comfort or charging your phone or using bedside lamp. the window in the room stayed cracked open at the bottom no maintenance to fix it on the weekend they put a towel in the window little flying bugs everywhere inside the room because of the window not shutting and the screen so outdated it’s tore. our room wasn’t available when we got to the hotel was t ready till about 1 hr and half after check in made it inconvenient i have a special needs son and drove a long way . the front desk also told us no more events were going on but there were more things going on free even that night of check in and was told everything here was done the night before . i complained to the manager once i was told by the bus drivers that every guest can attend the saturday concert free she told me to go to the even them told me i could not then told me i could have a free extra night that’s what i asked to make it right but then said it’s not free another false hope and mistrust i had to pay for all the lies that i was told and for my unhappy vacation and alll i kept getting was excuses why they can’t make it right because it’s a outside event cost or something they just didn’t want to have to pay anything to make me happy make sure they get something out of it .
