Comfortable and Clean

Liked: What a wonderful experience for our family. The owners are kind friendly and are incredible inn keepers. The breakfasts were amazing. Perfect place to stay in Galena.

Liked: The three course breakfast was fantastic, and the wine and charcuterie plate in the afternoon were an added bonus. The staff were very accommodating and spent time with us which made the experience great.
Disliked: Everything was perfect.

Exceptional

Liked: I asked for some modifications, and they were graciously met.Stephanie and Jeff are superb hosts.
Disliked: Lamberson is great. We just found the central area of town very touristy, and, for the most part, the shops were below grade.

Would definitely stay here again!

Liked: The house, bedroom, and bathroom were all beautiful, comfy, and in very good condition. The couple who run Lamberson Guest House were absolutely delightful, well-prepared, and thoughtful. They went above and beyond what we were expecting in making our getaway special, and there were so many amenities, including good food and drinks, and extra special touches that they have thought of – I've already been recommending them and their beautiful, cozy guest house to friends and family!

Our best trip to Galena...

Liked: Resa and Chris are top-notch and very welcoming and full of warmth and interest in making people feel like they’re part of the family. We made some new friends and strong connection to the Lamberson Guest House this weekend. We’re already thinking about the future and returning with friends again soon! Thank you so much Resa and Chris for a wonderful stay in Galena!
Disliked: The only challenge is the stairs to climb down and back up from downtown area. But, the views are absolutely worth the climb.

Fantastic place to stay in Galena, close to everything in town.

Liked: Jeff and Steph were wonderful hosts. We had last minute reservations on a holiday weekend and they were very accommodating and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious as well. Definitely a place we would stay at again.
Disliked: Isn't really anything we can complain about. It was a wonderful weekend.
