Liked: Excellent staff at reception: very helpful! Walking distance from both car rentals and the airport terminal.

Amazing customer service.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond. I was impressed. Customer service is dying but your staff is keeping it alive.
Disliked: I wanted to stream my phone/tablet to the TV. Sounds like smart tvs are on their way though and we did borrow a couple really good movies.

Disliked: The room lights next to the bed had a short in them and flickered constantly so I turned them off.

Excellent Choice for Early Flight

Liked: The location was ideal for an very early flight out of Winnipeg. Room is large and comfortable. Excellent water pressure in the shower.

Liked: Comfy beds, very clean, good water pressure in the shower. You can tell this is an older hotel, but it is well-kept, clean, and in a very convenient location for airport travel.
