Nice hotel, just not during...

Liked: Spacious suite with a large ROKU Television, comfortable bed, nice linens, lamps with easy on/off switch. Great view from my suite, and excellent working heat/fan/air conditioning.
Disliked: The entire hotel was booked with young boys ages 9-13 years old for a hockey tournament. They treated the hotel like it was all theirs and parents did nothing. Kids running back and forth in the hallways, shouting, playing hockey, holding the elevator door open on purpose. There was only 1 staff member working for the whole large hotel, and was soft spoken - kids did not listen to her whatsoever. I understand it's not the staff's fault - however upon check out the staff mentioned they always have problems like this. The hotel should be much more prepared for these events.

Liked: Food was fine. Nice having free breakfast. Location of hotel made our continued trip on highway 88 handy.
Disliked: Parking lot is horrible. Lots of potholes and we had a car. Tried to watch tv but sound and picture but on every channel the sound and picture were about 10 seconds apart.

Wasn’t great but wasn’t bad.

Liked: Sorry to say the king bed was horrible, the front desk was nice enough to give us a different room. The front entrance has music playing loud through the entire evening and it disrupts sleep.
Disliked: Location location! Great spot to get your tasks done great area for shopping and dinning.
