Liked: The staff are great and friendly. The location is close to the beach. The kitchen area, bathroom, living area, and bedroom are all very comfortable. There's a really nice patio area in the back, away from the traffic.
Disliked: The AC was in the living room and didn't extend well to the bedroom. I like to sleep cold, so this was a problem. If you like to sleep a bit warm, you'll be ok. Note that the weekend I stayed, the temperature outside was 38'c, so a one-room AC isn't going to keep up with a two room space. The hotel is right on the road, which makes for a bit of noise. But in the room with the AC or fan on, I couldn't hear it. Otherwise the place was quiet.

Liked: Love the location, with direct and easy access to the lake. It's surprising quiet, and the beds are comfortable. The staff is great.It's always a little awkward to get out of the parking lot to head into town in the car, and highway construction this time made that a little worse, but it's a minor inconvenience.

Liked: The property is just steps away from the lake, offering access to a private beach—a fantastic perk that made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, but what truly sets this place apart is the incredible staff!
