Went to breakfast at 9:15am...

Disliked: Needs update

I would stay there again.

Liked: Check-in and a clean room
Disliked: Breakfast as just ok. the waitress at the restaurant was not pleasant.

Liked: Linda was amazing. She was the best staff member we met while we were there. One of the issues was the staff didn't seem to know much other than Linda, about the area and couldn't really give us much guidance for different places but Linda was great at that. We were told we would be in room 127 before we came in and when we got there the person at the desk acted like we weren't telling her that basically ignoring us and then told us we were in room 227. I'm an end stage leukemiah patient and I was hoping that my experience would be a lot better. I had to take a chair for plastic chair from the back of the hotel and stick it in my shower so that I could take a shower. They told me there were no rooms available but they're definitely was. I've never in my life had to take a chair and put it in the shower or the lady in the front not knowing what that was or not helping us with that. She just told us to go grab one from outside. Linda was really the only bright light in this entire visit and I do not suggest anybody going here I could have been very insured getting in and out of Happy tab with a weak plastic chair. The machines had nothing left in them. What they called the water park was a rusty slide that I wouldn't recommend anybody get on. On the website it says that there's a beach. The back is up against the lake and is all grass except for one maybe 5 to 8 ft tiny little amount of sand mixed with gravel.. never again the entire hotel was misrepresented our room had paint flakes that had come off the wall everywhere I could have stayed at a $50 motel and probably would have been better

Liked: Beautiful area.
Disliked: One of the house keepers came into my room saying he didn't know anyone was in it. And that same housekeeper did the same to a family member the day before however they were missing money out of their wallet and he had their wallet in his hand saying he found the wallet in the hall but it was in the room that was after he told them he brought towels in which they did not request. The house keeper was definitely up to something fishy.
