Liked: The room was warm, but bed against the heater so later too hot.The bed sheets were clean, bed comfortable.Location 110%, views million dollar.
Disliked: We left after one night because the kitchen, carpet and walls were dirty and tired. Cat flap in door, dirty lino. We felt uncomfortably dirty.The room was noisy with thin walls and road clatter. We asked for a refund for our unused night, we did not receive it, so left anyway.

Disliked: Kitchen was so small, almost impossible to use. Some power points & lights didnt work. Window locks broken so couldn't stop the cold winter air and the constant traffic noise. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Only double bed (tiny)

Beautiful views and a great...

Liked: The location of the property was fantastic — stunning views across the lake and mountains. It was an easy, short walk into the town centre, and having onsite parking was a bonus. The beds were comfortable and warm.
Disliked: The kitchenette was compact with limited space and could benefit from a few extra pieces of crockery, cutlery, and utensils. While the property is a little dated, it was comfortable — and the location more than made up for it.

Liked: Comfortable spacious room looking straight out at Lake. Amazing location, just a short walk to shops and restaurants. Helpful staff. Great value for money for Queenstown.
Disliked: Kitchenette dated and lacking a few essential items. Lacked privacy when curtains open...big windows for passerbys to see in.

Liked: The Motel was clean
Disliked: The kitchen only had one hot point for the jug and toaster, The whole place could do with a complete revamp. Very tired but clean
