Superb

Liked: The staff were so friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and we looked out over the lake. Although the decor was quite dated I loved it, I love artex ceilings.
Disliked: Although it said bar was open from 11am it was not open. No food available Sundays apart from breakfast. The good thing was other places to eat were only 5 or 10 minutes walk away. Our air con stopped working on our last night but the gentleman on reception gave us his fan to use in our room.

Liked: I like the surrounding environment, especially the lakes and lush greenery with peaceful environment.

Disliked: dated,but clean,leisure facilities not in use.

Not the best

Liked: The bed was very comfortable and the location was nice over looking the lake.
Disliked: Noisy people in the room next door until 2am. Lady on reception was quite rude, abrupt and not very helpful. Room not very clean and balcony door handle broken. Cobwebs everywhere and also broken wardrobe door.Breakfast was average. Sausage and hash browns were awful.

Liked: Quiet with nice lakeside view. Good car park. Room facilities good
Disliked: Dated decor but functional
