Hotel service nightmare

Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: The lady working the desk, was rude. I requested an early check in, website gives you a time frame to select- which I did. I arrive, she tells me no early check in time is 11. But my request for the time frame I had given was approved via the website. She rudely told me to "call them then." After telling them I want my money back, I'd go somewhere else, she said give me 15 minutes to clean a room for you (mind you they wasn't fully booked) I wait 15 minutes, and go back to the desk, she annoyingly comes to the desk and says I said 40 minutes! After disagreeing, she says call my manager. I get a card, has several different numbers on there I said which number do I call? She replied with "whatever one you want." I call the manager, which aside from charging me an early check in fee, which I didn't mind but it wasn't communicated when I booked or my early check in was approved, I finally got in a room about an hour after I initially requested it, and it wasn't even the kind of room I booked. But the service was horrible and rude.

Liked: Location was ok
Disliked: Pool was closed. Something must be broken. Was nasty and full of frogs and stuff. There is quiet a few people who LIVE here and they party in the parking lot drinking dancing blaring music and acting stupid. We got back after a long day of softball games and our room smelled like marijuana. It was so bad I physically got sick from the smell and had to take nausea meds. I went and complained to front desk because I have a baby and another elementary school aged child and they told me to wait 15 min and they would be there. Finally come to the room and bring me air freshener. NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY. Wouldn’t even give me a partial refund so we could take the kids to a different hotel. We couldn’t afford to pay for that room in full and another one. Definitely won’t stay here again. Especially with children.
