DID NOT STAY!!

Disliked: We never stayed, they couldn't find my reservation. The office smelled bad and had bugs everywhere. The clerk didn't speak English and was rude!

Disliked: I didn't even get to stay the night because they kicked me out, because they didn't give me ample time to find my Federally Registered Service Animals service animal ID Card on the www. Fedralsercicedogregistries.Org website. And neither did the Eufaula Police department, this hotel not only double charged us for our room ( we paid $73.78 on booking.com, but also paid at the front desk another$73.78.) Plus we were charged a $30.ⁿⁿ DEPOSIT, and they kept half of it! And did NOT REFUND THE 2 CARGES OF $73.78 TO US AFTER KICKING US OUT. This place done several things wrong about our stay , 1 they discriminated against a Disabled Woman and Her Registered Service Animal, 2 they illegally charged us a $30.00 DEPOSIT FOR MY SERVICE ANIMAL, then kept over half of it which by the ADA LAWS THEY CAN'T CHARGE A DEPOSIT FOR MY SERVICE ANIMAL AND THEY DISCRIMINATE AGAINST DISABLED PEOPLE AND NEVER REFUNDED OUR MONEY TO US AFTER KICKING US OUT AND THE Dispatched police officers (plural due to THEY sent 4 officers out to help with this matter and they also did not give me ample time to find my service Animals service ID card on-line and had informed me that my husband and I along my service animal must vacate the room and the property, because the hotel and STAFFING THERE, wanted us to leave. And we weren't even in the room we rented not 10 minutes, didn't even get to turn on the TV or sit on the bed , before they were KICKING US OUT, and my service animal was not being Loud and he wasn't destroying anything. All because they didn't want to accommodate a disabled woman and her husband and her service animal. Can say 1 thing about this place here and their STAFF they employ, their Very Rude, Inconsiderate,& they don't like accommodating the Disabled and their service Animals.
