Liked: the room was very clean. very small however. not a lot of extra space to move around. glad that the porch was accessible in the a.m. so we could have coffee out there. the pool facility was excellent and the location is perfect.
Disliked: everything is a bit "worn"... know the building is old.

If it weren’t for termites

Liked: Location was excellent
Disliked: There was termite dust in our bed.

Relaxing, and peaceful

Liked: The serenity of sitting on the porch in rocking chair sipping on coffee
Disliked: Parking not the best for guest especially when have events

I highly recommend this place....

Liked: The property is beautiful. It’s clean it’s serene, and I love the old architecture and the ambience of the entire place. The sunset cruise at the dockside was also a very nice experience.
Disliked: My main complaint about Lakeside Inn the bed. We were in room 307 and the bed was sinking in the middle. We did not get great sleep. If we had stayed longer I would have asked for a new room. I would also suggest putting mini refrigerators in each room for food or cold water, etc..
