Very good

Amazing, would definitely come again...

Liked: The room was very spacious and the bed was so comfortable! The location was perfect.
Disliked: The only thing I would change is the decor in the bedrooms similar to how the hotel lounge and exterior was.

Liked: Perfect location by the lake, lovely staff and a great choice for breakfast, Leisure facilities also great.

Liked: Beautiful pool and setting We’d had a long drive on arrival so really appreciated the car parkingLove the conservatory area for a drink Reception staff helpful Great area
Disliked: Food overpriced for what it was, way more than we’d normally pay for similar quality Room very noisy, could hear everything on the corridorthe room itself really let this hotel down in terms of decor and comfort, for the price I would expect much better Breakfast staff seemed as though they were all new, sat people down but then never took orders unless went and got one of them (saw happening at several tables)

Liked: Loved the staff. They were amazing. Leanne, Derrick and many others.Loved the environment. Beautiful hotel and restaurantLoved the hotel spa. Just fabulous.
Disliked: Did not like dogs in the hotel. Why?This owner did not pick up the dog poo..I challenged the aged man.He was shocked that I said to him to pick up the poo. His response was..i dont have any bags !!!Well, I approached him and asked him if he had a poo bag for his dog and a staff member asked him too ??? He said he did not...he was shocked that I called him out and the staff member too.....!!So I relieved him of his embarrassment..by getting a very helpful staff member to take care of it.I thanked her. He was shockedShe was brilliant at handling the case. AMAZING. I was disgusted by the mans ARROGANT stance on his situation.Could you imagine..if I was dressed for dinner, with expensive high heels on..stepping on a DOGS DIRT...or a young child playing on the stairs..fell on the dog foul !!!!!That is not good for business.No person is above another.Please. SAY no to dogs...other quests would agree with me.Put things right. ThanksEverything was perfect apart from that situation.
