Great place to stay

Liked: Great location on the river
Disliked: We had a lake view room but our room was on the first floor so we weren’t high enough to see much of the view and the shower had no pressure so washing hair was difficult.

Liked: Great customer service. Very spacious rooms and comfortable. The room service is very good.
Disliked: The room didn't have a microwave.

Liked: The property was well located and the view across the lake from our room, and from the dining room, was great. The room was large, and fittings in the room were generally very good quality. All of our interactions with the staff were excellent. It was an added bonus that parking around the hotel was plentiful and free, and an excellent breakfast was also included in the cost of the accommodation.
Disliked: While the building is generally in good condition, there are signs of wear and tear - eg. paint removed on corners and doorways, slight leak from the shower recess. The equipment in the room was minimal, eg. no microwave, and no spare pillows or blankets were provided.

Disliked: Unfortunately Privacy was compromised by people on cherrypickers, Painting outside our balcony. Thankfully not 24/7😳The gym has no tv. Makes it boring, whilst on the bike or cross trainer etc
