Liked: Room was very clean. The mattress on the bed provide a good night's sleep for us.The common room was convenient for us to sit at a table and eat the food that we brought with us. Guests need to aware that the Residence is not a hotel so no extras are provided. In the kitchen no serviettes or paper towels, no cutlery or plates

Liked: Front desk staff member was very nice, informative and helpful. The location was great and the entire place was fully clean and welcoming. My family and I were very thankful to rest in a student residence for a change!
Disliked: The mattress wasn't too comfortable. There was no source of entertainment.

Best New Surprise alternative to...

Liked: Tariff free delight. Excellent new facilities. Large shared bathtub shower water closet and vanity with large countertop for both parties of the twin Double bedroom suites. Across the street from Costco. Two minute drive to McDonald's and Food Basics. The mattress has extra spring in them both. Great 3rd Floor view of the massive Parking lot.
Disliked: Food and beverage available in the front desk foyer, is very much appreciated. The Common room had Tom Cruise movies playing on the extra large Cinema screen. All of the guys on the third floor were unbelievably friendly and helpful. The sink and microwave were great for serving up meals.
