Great location and great hotel

Liked: Great place to stay. Worth paying extra for the lake view. Spa staff were really helpful and friendly. Had a great pedicure.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: My mum is elderly and we are both allergic to dogs
Disliked: Not suitable for dog allergic visitors. Despite asking for a room near reception the hotel decided to allocate us a room which was miles away for my elderly mum. I asked for cancellation with no fees and despite not coming to the hotel we’ve been charged. They don’t seem to listen to your request at all.

Liked: Absolutely insane view from the room and when dining! Beautiful, so beautiful! Great staff and amazing room!
Disliked: Spa facilities, only one small hotub, sauna and steam room, about 10 people booked in at once, a lot of sitting around waiting to be able to actually use something. Left early, waste of £15 extra that you have to pay

Liked: Fabulous breakfast. Nice touch of complimentary water with squash sachets. Lovely big room and bathroom with separate bath and shower.
Disliked: Restaurant evening menu was overpriced

Liked: Lovely location, great view from room and staff were amazing.
Disliked: Think what I paid for the room the bed should have been updated as it was vey tatty and the room could have been a lot cleaner, as there was a lot of dust and fluff about.

Liked: Dinner was very good.staff were very good. Accommodation was very clean with a good size room, overlooking the lake. Car parking was adequate, but steep hill for carrying luggage to and from room.
Disliked: Breakfast was a disaster. Due to the system they had, which will never work,as it had to be served in a certain order, otherwise they couldn’t cope and because of this we waited 45 mins. Each member of staff could only do the task appointed, so ordering extra anything. ie, coffee, toast etc. didn’t happen.
