Liked: The price and amenities were as expected. The atmosphere was definitely vintage but charming. My wife and I felt very comfortable and enjoyed the views. The staff was friendly and very efficient.

Disliked: We are two 80 year old ladies. Stairs are problematic for us. Our room was upstairs--no elevator. Toilet didn't have grab bars--difficult to stand up. When making my reservation, I should have requested handicapped room. I didn't realize upstairs rooms--all rooms were booked no 1st floor rooms available.

Liked: Location on lake out of the hustle and bustle of downtown but still nearby. Nice decks overlooking lake, swim platforms
Disliked: There is something to say about pulling right up to your door to unpack instead of carrying your bags and things through a hotel. The sound of a babbling brook was so peaceful and soothing especially at bedtime.
