What a little gem!

Liked: We absolutely adored this little motel. We were visiting Cooperstown and decided to stay outside the town. The room was clean, comfortable, affordable, and we had a lovely view of the lake. Our room was on the end closest to the road with a little private patio. The staff were very kind and welcoming. In the warmer months, there is a beach across the road you can access.

It was a nice place...

Liked: It was a quiet location. The view of the lake and hillside was beautiful! The room was nice and clean, and towels were replaced daily.
Disliked: Rooms were not very soundproof. We could hear neighbors moving around in their room and talking.
