Disliked: Beds were squeaky every single time you moved ( both beds) . Anything that wasn’t masked with paint was dirty , toilet leaked .

Liked: Located 2 blocks from the lake and a beautiful park, but right alongside highway 9. Easy to get to from I87. The allow pets. Water quality. Reasonable rate but…
Disliked: Highway noise. Paper thin walls. Towels fit for a prison. Noisy wall air conditioning unit. With beautiful air around Lake George somehow the room was stale and muggy. Temp kept fluctuating between warm and muggy and cool. TV controls impossible to read, small type and worn from years of fingers. The building is very old. It’s a dump. I dont like being charged the $30 pet fee upon arrival. It should be part of the online registration and payment process. It’s normal to have a pet fee but the amount and payment process should be part of Booking.com. It should be shown on the website.

Liked: This question on this box said … what did we think of the breakfast and the location…???We were not told there was a breakfast we could go to?? So I have no idea. But if we should have been told about this, it’s a bit upsetting that we were not told about it.
Disliked: Didn’t like that I could not call the mail hotel and ask for a ground floor room (I was traveling with a person who had a boot on her foot due to surgery) also I didn’t get a checkout receipt out under my door on check out morning..?? I tried calling the hotel about both subjects but got messages that the mail box is full and i couldn’t leave a message ..
