Disappointed Stay

Liked: Location, close to all attractions and lots to do around the hotel
Disliked: No self parking or any parking spots, the only option was Valet parking for $$$. Room was dirty, no towels except for the dirty ones that were left from previous tenant. Carpet dirty. Weird WIFI rule, could only connect one device at a time. The hotel was very loud, lots of screaming kids running around at all hours.

Clean facility, extremely slow valet

Liked: The location is great, the cleanliness was acceptable in a good way, the valet personnel and ski check-in services were excellent.
Disliked: We had to wait 25+ minutes to get our car back from the valet. We know the exact time we are going to check out at, yet there is no way for us to schedule our car to be picked up. The people working the valet are very kind, however, they are not allowed accept valet requests over phone so you need to go downstairs to request it from the front desk. It is a high traffic ski resort, there is always people checking out. Good luck to you retrieving your car unless you are checking out at 7:30am. Not to mention that the valet service is -- required.

Decent property, OK management

Liked: The room was spacious and the ski check-in service has made it very convenient for us.
Disliked: The "clean" and folded towels in our bathroom had very noticeable yellow stains and hair on them. We understand mistakes can happen so tried calling the lobby. After 3 unsuccessful attempts (due to no one answering), I had to go downstairs to ask for new towels in person. They assured someone would bring it up for us; no one came for 15 minutes. I called and reached no one, so went downstairs again. They walked with me to the laundry room and grabbed a few bath towels after asking what kind I would like. After I went upstairs to the room, I realized I was handed 3-4 feet towels... I went down for a third time to ask for towels. I hardly kept it together and retrieved without causing a scene.

Liked: I loved the location and the rooms are clean and spacious!
Disliked: The parking situation is not good and will be the reason I don’t return. Valet only and $35 per night is too much.
