Passable

Liked: Nice updated facility. Nightly family friendly movie at the pool. Great location.
Disliked: The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Did not get a good night sleep for the three nights we were there. I would never stay at this property again.

Margaritaville- it's 5 o'clock somewhere

Liked: Separate room with pull out couch. Location
Disliked: Valet parking only, without option to self park. Valet was short staffed and it took over 30 minutes to get vehicle at check out. Too many check outs at same time is an issue for Valet. Indoor breakfast buffet makes the whole resort smell like bacon sausage and syrup. Get better ventilation or pump some fragrance in central air.

Liked: Great resort, which was reasonably priced. Very good location near Heavenly Village.

Liked: Location, all though it's one of the few properties that charges so much for parking
Disliked: Customer service was awful. I had to go downstairs and ask for a blanket after trying to get a hold of guest services and housekeeping for an hour. Then I requested that my trash can (without a bag) be emptied on our second day bc it was overflowing at 6:30 am and at 5:30 pm it still hasn't been emptied so I had to go downstairs and request it again. Housekeeping never came around the 3 1/2 days we were there. We went to land shark for happy hour which was great the first night. The 2nd night was awful. There were only 3 other families and we had to wait over an hour for our drinks and an hour and a half for our food. One thing came out messed up and one order not at all and she charged us a built in gratuity for 4 people which I can 100% say she didn't earn. They also said they'd price match I called more than 72 hours beforehand and they didn't honor that. So booking denied my request.

Great place to relax and...

Liked: Surprised at the upscale facilities. No plastic glasses or coffee cups. first rate towels, sheets and two bathrobes (wow). Monday Morning Cafe served buffet breakfast AND cook prepared eggs anyway you wanted them as a plus. Land Shark restaurant had first rate food from crab cakes to fish tacos. Multiple Margaritas. Steak and Fish restaurant High end but steaks well worth it. The staff went out of their way to take care of us. All are two room suites. Room 249 is a special 6 person suite.
Disliked: Really tough to find the place. Tiny driveway, literally right next to Harrah's, No street signs. Resort is back away from street. The Margaritaville van is visable from street, but, drive slowly as you approach Harrah's or you will miss driveway and have to go all the way around to try again. We had to walk to gamble, but not very far. Resort is on California side of Stateline. No free access to any beach.
