Liked: Location was convenient for what I needed. Was surprised that it was quite. This is an older motel on a lake so wasn't expecting a five star stay. Not a bad place to stay.
Disliked: Room toilet would backup prior guests could have put something in it or there may have been a line issue. Upstairs seems a little steep and parking is tight.

Cheap, cheap, cheap, nice office...

Liked: Very old facility, only stand up shower , wore out towels, no Kleenex, HVAC system needs to be replaced more like a stay by the month facility
Disliked: HVAC, towels, carpeted flooring, it was just floor tile

Passable

Liked: It was financially Frugal.
Disliked: The floor in our room was sticky and the shower curtain had something on it that was disgusting.

Superb

Liked: Friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms were clean and much nicer than expected for the price. Would stay there again.

Well worth the money and...

Liked: Was on a fishing trip, good location with plenty of parking and food nearby.
Disliked: Was a little noisy going into the night.

For the price it was...

Liked: Nice little motel, it is older but my room was clean. The shower was older but worked just fine, shower curtain was a bit short so water got on the floor, but wasn’t a big deal for me.
Disliked: Have a better description of the breakfast they offer. It’s just cereal, pre packaged rolls, juice, milk and coffee. This worked fine for me but might be a disappointment to others.

Superb

Liked: I arrived late at night and I asked the lady at the desk if there was anywhere around I could get something to eat. She said that it was ,too, late and nothing was open. Then, she offered to make me something to eat out of her own kitchen. I thought that was very sweet. I will not forget it. I didn't feel like just a number at this motel.

Liked: Both man and lady, most likely they are a couple, are very friendly and sincere.
Disliked: Tv could be better.
