Disliked: Arrived on March 27, 2025 we stayed for 2 nights. My husband had to go get a broom and sweep the floor was filthy with sand and dirt all over the floor. Front desk never offered to send housekeeping to clean it up. Fell in the tub no anti slip strips in the bath tub. Also website had restaurant and bar and the place didn't have either. We would not have stayed here if knowing that. When checking out around 8:00 brought up all these things to the front staff older lady and she ended up yelling at me when I told her about my complaints. Said she'd heard it all before and lots of folks had a good experience. I said I read some reviews where folks said the place didn't have water for 2 days and they didn't offer any reimbursment and she was offended and said that they did offer reimbursements and people turned them down. Just a really bad experience I don't think I have ever experienced anything like it as we do travel all the time. Would never go back there. I will say that they had a nice heated pool and hot tub.

It was perfect for one...

Liked: It was in a very good location and my kids loved the indoor pool
Disliked: There was dead spiders all over the pool area and our room had a huge slug inside on the wall.. The pool was also very dark at night time… I noticed multiple lights weren’t working and it was very hard to see your children in the pool!
