I love this hotel but...

Disliked: On Friday night, the amount of slamming doors and people yelling and stomping above us was unbearable.We left in the middle of the night. Aswe were leaving drunk people in the lobby were verbally attacking us.As we were walking out yelling obscenities.

Comfortable rooms but amenities were...

Liked: The location was very close to all the shops and restaurants in Old Town Folsom. A shuttle service was available to bring us into the town. We also went to the river which was a short drive.
Disliked: The swimming pool was being replastered which was a surprise to us. We had 4 grandchildren with us and we were looking forward to using the pool during our stay. Also, we booked through an online company so breakfast was not included, even though we booked 2 rooms and spent over $350 for our one night stay. It was disappointing and we chose to go to a local restaurant which was less expensive than the breakfast offered at the hotel.

Liked: The location was awesome! Walking distance to downtown Folsom, which has shops and restaurants. Super close to the river and the lake. Nice hiking trails. Rooms are modern and comfortable.
Disliked: When we booked, we were not notified until after that the pool area is under construction. Kids were disappointed about not having a pool for Memorial Day weekend. The noise was a nuisance one of the days as well.

Nice location but not for...

Liked: Nice location, friendly staff, great water pressure, water fountain
Disliked: Walls are so thin we can hear everything of everyone. Also one side were playing music all day all night, the other side were having a loud screaming and shouting party. It’s prob not a good spot for sleep or work.
