Disliked: Room was clean but smelled musty. Went and bought a room spray on our trip.

Liked: Near the inks lake state park. Shop and restaurant nearby. Walking distance but you cant walk. Fridge, microniveau and good wifi
Disliked: Not very clean. Dirty towel was left hanging and another one dirty while supposed to be clean. Floor was dusty

Convenient budget motel stay in...

Liked: This motel's location is very handy for visiting Inks Lake State Park, just a few miles away. The room was clean, of reasonable size and its facilities plentiful including a small coffee machine, although no tea or tea kettle (why not?).
Disliked: Although quiet overnight, there was some traffic noise with my roadside room. However, there are an equal number of rearside rooms that could be requested in advance of a stay at this motel... The small and somewhat poorly positioned swimming pool (roadside, not rearside) was out of action awaiting maintenance during my visit.

Disliked: Bed was a little hard. Some water on the floor by the wall next to the room next door.

Liked: It was quiet.
Disliked: The shower curtain smelled of mildew. It took 10 minutes for the water to heat up to take a shower. The lighting is in need of an upgrade. Very dim.
