Overall pleasant stay very tidy...

Liked: Overall the place location and cleanliness were great plenty of untensil for cooking etc would stay again
Disliked: Beds are getting on for confort not the end of the world, TV could use with a update as the channel selection is 2 choices so a smart TV wouldn't go a miss.Hot water in shower very sensitive it's either hot hot or cold cold couldn't find in between lol

Liked: The view to lake Hamilton domain is magnificent. Easy check in process.
Disliked: Bedsheet has stain on it, and toilet was not clean.

Liked: I stay there alot in another room with the on suite this the bed was great nice to sleep on
Disliked: This time I stay in room 1b the bed was not nice and the tv don't not work and I had booked the other room not the one I got

Liked: Only good thing was the closeness to the Hamilton CBD
Disliked: Terribly cold, unloved house. Broken toilet seat. TV had no power nearby and could only be used with a potentially dangerous extension cord. TV displayed No Signal no matter what was tried. TV Remote did not work. One door lock was broken, which caused concern about safety. Torn curtain suggest lack of concern about appearance and maintenance.
