Liked: The location of this property is prime. Directly in the center of everything. The staff was awesome and the stores connected to the villas were super convenient. They sold cigars and booze and not the cheap stuff. That alone got me hooked.

Disliked: We have stayed so many times at this hotel and never had a problem but this past time the couch was completely broke no pull out and the whole thing leaned when trying to sit on it and you could fill the busted bar, totally uncomfortable, and roaches everywhere in the room. I told the front desk and instead of even apologizing, they suggested that I message booking.com since I booked through them instead of the hotel directly that there was nothing that they could do about it until I checked out. Absolutely disgusting, and terrible customer service.

Liked: Only the rooms not enough cookware in kitchen.
Disliked: I hated the fact there were never any luggage carts even after going to 2nd floor to look for one ended up buying one.

Nice place but outdated furnishings

Liked: Pool, game room. Convenience store( although expensive)
Disliked: Out dated furniture & carpets.Concierge (Virgil) did not give correct information on other dining options within walking distance. Ie: outlet food court, which we didn't find until our last day

Disliked: Not really to do with the property but the traffic was crazy

I enjoyed myself

Liked: The pool area and convenience store were a major bonus. The location and the size of the units are perfect. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: The rooms are extremely dated. Some items didn’t work properly, such as the light in the mater toilet room. The dryer needed 3 full cycles before small loads were dry. No offer of mid stay clean unless you pay extra.
