Liked: Our rooms have always been nice.
Disliked: The fact that they kept closing the pool. Floor 13 stunk so bad. Like mold or wet dirty carpet. Our beds were hard. And the price at the Tiki Bar and the market were a tad ridiculous.

The atay was fine

Liked: The pool was beautiful and the property was pretty clean . Nice to have laundry in the room
Disliked: The rooms are very dated and uncomfortable, you sunk in the couch and chairs. The bed was not comfortable in any of the rooms.

This stay was not like...

Liked: We love the property itself. Have been coming and staying here for years but never booked through booking. Usually direct or with Airbnb.
Disliked: Everything about the property is wonderful. My husband accidentally left a bag of clothes on top of the washer and I have been getting the run around for 3 days when touching base with the resort. This last stay has really changed my mind with staying in the future. This is my 3rd stay this year alone and I’m so disappointed this time around.

Comfortable.

Liked: We stayed here to attend a funeral in the area so it accommodated our needs. The rooms were spacious and clean for the most part.
Disliked: There were small insects crawling on the dresser and around the patio door. Could have been ants. We didn’t feel comfortable putting our clothes in the drawers so we kept them in our bags being that we only stayed for 2 nights.
