Lake Arrowhead Chalets

Fun fantastic family Christmas stay.

Liked: I loved how clean the property was. The staff were extremely professional. The sense of privacy was off the chart. Our family really wanted a rural mountain Christmas with lovely accommodations, and we got it!! No roughing it. The weather was super cold and there were pockets of snow for the kids to play in without it being unsafe. The scenery was breathtaking. We did have to climb a bit to access our chalet which added to the experience.
Disliked: The access to the chalet from parking space. You really had to do some climbing on stairs. Beware if you have issues with inclines. If your looking for adventure this surely fit the bill.

I would not recommend this property. Too many steep stairs and 3-4 miles from Lk Arhd Village.

Disliked: Reservation showed address above Lake Arrowhead Village. Two days before leaving received notice that location for unit was about 3-4 miles away. Too late to cancel. Then when at the property, no one to help bring suitcase up the very steep stairs to front door. Booked 2 night stay but checked out after one night because there were too many stairs and the toilet was so low I struggled to get up. Also the garage needed to be swept out.

Liked: outside deck patio was wonderful for meals and feeding squirrels and blue jays
