Exceptional

Liked: The staff are super friendly and always willing to help you with any requests. Being close to Reforma and the Agel de la Independencia Boulevard makes it a great place to stay. In the street where the hotel is located, you will find dozens of restaurants for all tastes.

Good location

Liked: Location, easy access to different transportación ways, complementary shuttle from airport, quiet room, daily housekeeping, laundry service. Plenty of restaurants options around
Disliked: The complementary breakfast buffet has not many options. The coffee was very watery. A/C system needs to be updated. Noise vent.

Liked: The location is exceptional. At Laila you are one block away from Reforma Ave which is one of the main avenues in Mexico city. On Lerma St. where the hotel is located you will fine numerous restaurants, bars, taquerias, etc..
