Liked: Pool area and spa were nice and clean.
Disliked: Rooms are outdated. Our particular room was not very clean (Building "B", downstairs with hardwood flooring). Very limited bathroom supplies (one tiny bar of soap and one small bottle of shampoo were insufficient for the four of us). Breakfast has changed and is not what it used to be. People were not very friendly and hogged the food dining room. Used to have to present room voucher tickets for all guests and parking sticker for vehicle. Anyone can come off the street and eat in the dining room. In addition, operations were run by young men and women, and were not as friendly or accommodating as the older gentlemen and women who used to work there. I don't know if the hotel is under new management or not, but overall, we were disappointed and the hotel has gone done. Definitely not worth the $230/night we paid. Unfortunately, we will be staying elsewhere in the future. There are much nicer hotels for cheaper pricing.

Provided basics, but disappointing compared...

Liked: Location; comfortable although small rooms with no desk/little workspace
Disliked: Front desk staff, with one exception, offered basic service at best. Answered questions with minimal information or elaboration, without welcoming us or being particularly friendly. When we informed a staff member by phone an hour after checking out that we mistakenly left a piece of clothing in the closet and left our telephone number, we had to call back two more times to get a confirmation that the clothing was found and that it would be held at reception for our friend - name provided- to pick it up.

Liked: It was very close to ice arenas for hockey tournament.Shower was fine.
Disliked: Paint was chipped, poor caulking, black moldy spots on ceiling by shower head. The shower gel/shampoo/conditioner were pitifully small. Compared to Hampton inn they were at least 6x smaller. The garden was a big deal on the booking website but I found it uninteresting. The eggs were swimming in water and bacon razor thin. Also, I thought I saw them take bacon out of a bag and then dumb it in the bowl.

Liked: Large room, comfortable beds
Disliked: Shower didn't work, no toiletries except bar of soap, furniture pretty battered, road noise

Liked: Breakfast was fine. Exactly what was expected for a free meal.
Disliked: The pillows were hard and uncomfortable.
