Overpriced, ants, but nice location.

Liked: Location
Disliked: There were tons of ants in our room. Crawling on the bed, behind the bed, in the bathroom… disgusting.

Very good

Liked: The location is breathtaking and the whole atmosphere in the hotel is beautiful. We were assisted by a very considerate front desk employee, Erin, who was exceptional in her professional attitude and service.
Disliked: The rooms need a little brush up, we haven't noticed any updates since 2019.

Very accommodating and quick to...

Liked: The staff were welcoming and friendly, while the views were absolutely gorgeous.
Disliked: Nothing was bad about the property per se, the only thing that was unfortunate was about booking through booking.com. Apparently the room I booked and paid for was in fact, unavailable as I found out when we arrived at check in. But the staff were very gracious and happy to help work with us to find a solution.

Mediocre room excellent staff very...

Liked: Views of the harbor
Disliked: First room no real ocean view, changed room slightly better view a Long long way on the property. Ac blasted our heads, had to switch to end of the bed, water from sink AWFUL SMELL, shower awful no glass??? Not really a good experience
