Liked: Location
Disliked: Overpriced food, quality of food was very bad. Overpriced self parking was beyond unacceptable!

Perfect weekend getaway, nice amenities...

Liked: Location, pool, cleanliness, people, family friendly
Disliked: Pricey, rooms were not soundproof ( you can hear doors closing, people walking).

If there were no ants...

Liked: It was a beautiful property, nice location
Disliked: Sitting poolside mid-day and a guy starts power washing the pool deck; the noise was horrible and intolerable, forcing us to leave and not enjoy the outdoor space. AND there were ants in our bathroom, floor and countertop. I did tell the staff.

Disliked: There were tons of ants in our room. Crawling on the bed, behind the bed, in the bathroom… disgusting.

Liked: The location is breathtaking and the whole atmosphere in the hotel is beautiful. We were assisted by a very considerate front desk employee, Erin, who was exceptional in her professional attitude and service.
Disliked: The rooms need a little brush up, we haven't noticed any updates since 2019.

Very accommodating and quick to...

Liked: The staff were welcoming and friendly, while the views were absolutely gorgeous.
Disliked: Nothing was bad about the property per se, the only thing that was unfortunate was about booking through booking.com. Apparently the room I booked and paid for was in fact, unavailable as I found out when we arrived at check in. But the staff were very gracious and happy to help work with us to find a solution.

Probably wont stay there again....
