Liked: The Staff as always are polite, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Special thanks to the restaurant staff especially Jasmine, who knows how to make travels feel at ease with her greeting smile along with friendly customer service skills. Outstanding Job, keep up the good work!!!

First time in New York...

Liked: Free shuttle to the subway, free water refill station, snack store in the lobby, daily housekeeping. The ladies who served at breakfast ( especially Mrs Cindy) were very kind.
Disliked: Staff at the reception was not very attending. There was a lot of confusion (they moved us to another room during our stay, they gave us the breakfast coupons for 2 instead of 3 person and they almost charged us the wrong amount at check out).

Liked: Liked the breakfast buffet, but it was cold by the it got to the table.
Disliked: Not used to all feather pillows so woke up with a headache, but bed was comfortable.
