Liked: The location is convenient.
Disliked: The staff asked to see my check in details in the morning because they thought I was in the wrong room. I wasn’t. They seem to have problems with organisation.

Very bad night

Liked: I booked a room for £45 and unfortunately it was not my own room. I did not find comfort or independence. I was surprised after I paid the amount. I received a room with 6 beds as if I was in a prison.A room is not worth the amount of £45.I ask you for compensation.I await your response.
Disliked: I need refund my money.I can't sleep all night.
