Pretty bad. Likely won’t book...

Liked: Location is great. My room was right next to a door that goes out to an open area and it was not a quiet door. The first night I was there a group was coming in and out many times and talking in raised voices for hours. I called front desk and they were able to quiet the group. In the morning, at 7am I heard people speaking very loudly outside and when I looked it was two of the room cleaners apparently not concerned at all that they might be too loud so early in the day. The second night there was an event happening right next to my room in the open space and they were leaving the door open and so it was very loud and for seem reason the people working the event thought it was ok to set up right outside my room. I called the front desk and got no help. The next morning I talked to the reservation manager who seemed to think that because they let me check in early (by switching my room) that I should not complain that I ended up with a room that made my stay awful due to all the noise. If I had been aware of this I would have waited for my original room. Also he suggested that because I booked through a third party which apparently means people are on a less expensive floor that it meant having constant noise was ok. I told him I had no problem with the second floor as there are plenty of rooms that are not right next to a highly used door and “event” area. I am very unhappy with my stay and likely will never stay there again.

Liked: Exceptionally clean. Comfortable and beautiful and nice food. PET NOTE: There is an excellent kennel next door.
Disliked: Housekeeping knocked, I was doing my make up and let them know. Hours prior to the check out. Continued to knock, which i felt was intrusive.

Disliked: No shower cap or q tips. Sparse bathroom amenities. THESE are the little things that make a traveler feel great. Such a simple thing to change and I would feel way more welcomed.
