Reviewers frequently praise the stylish décor and spacious rooms, noting the large windows and beautiful views. Many highlight the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the food served in the pub downstairs.

Areas for Improvement

Some guests mention that parking can be a challenge due to the hotel’s central location, so plan ahead if you're driving. A few rooms don’t have air conditioning, which might be worth checking if you’re visiting in warmer months.

The Bottom Line

A stylish, centrally located hotel that offers easy access to Nottingham’s top music venues with the comfort and character perfect for unwinding after a big night out.

Very good will be there...

Liked: On arrival everyone was friendly and my room was prior arranged to be on the second floor close to the lift which helped. As yet no breakfast because it is only something small when I want it.. cereal + fresh milk , melon or mix fruit or yogurt, juice ?

Liked: I stayed here for work and had a great experience. The room was lovely and beautifully decorated, and the location was perfect—right in the heart of the city, close to everything I needed. Would definitely stay again!
Disliked: Only downside, the blinds in my room would not open and had to remain down

Superb

Disliked: I think it would be better to have sockets next to the bed, for example, for charging a phone.

Liked: It was a really beautiful hotel. We did get a room upgrade which was gorgeous and it made our stay even better. My little dog was with me and everyone was pleasant towards her. The pizza in the bar was nice.
Disliked: I was 15 minutes late for check out, I have a disability and I am a bit slower than I’d like to be. The woman on reception was incredibly rude to me on handing my key back. You would have thought I’d stayed an extra 5 hours the way she spoke. Was really off putting.
